Akane is a collection of designer lamps designed by Spanish designer Pepe Llaudet for interior lighting. These lamps are made of metal with a papyrus diffuser and their design is inspired by Easter culture, which is reflected in the materials used. The collection includes two table lamps: a smaller version and a larger one that can also be used as a floor lamp. This minimalist model is ideal for illuminating living areas. The lamps are available in two sizes: 350 mm and 595 mm, and use LED bulbs with E27 base. Made in Spain, compatible with 110-120V and 220-240V voltages, ideal for global markets.

Table lamp Akane

The design of Akane is minimalist and elegant, combining a metal base with a diffuser made of papyrus that gently diffuses the light and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The metal part provides stability and support, while the papyrus gives the lamp a sophisticated but fragile look, inspired by Easter motifs. The lamp is available in two sizes (350 mm and 595 mm), allowing it to be used both on the table and on the floor. The lamp uses an E27 base, compatible with LED bulbs, ensuring energy efficiency and long life.

Energy-efficient and uniform lighting

The Akane light source is designed for an E27 LED bulb that provides efficient and even illumination. The luminosity of this luminaire depends on the particular LED bulb used in it. Usually, LED bulbs with E27 base have a wide range of luminosity that ranges from 400 to 1500 lumens, which is ideal for achieving pleasant lighting indoors. The light source is energy efficient, which means that it produces more light at a lower energy consumption compared to traditional bulbs. In addition, LED technology ensures long life and resistance to frequent switching on and off. This light source is suitable for achieving subtle but sufficiently strong lighting that complements the atmosphere in a room without being too intense.

Designed by Pepe Llaudet

Pepe Llaudet (1980) is a Barcelona-based industrial and interior designer who graduated from the Eina School and founded his own studio, Pepe Llaudet Studio, in 2008. His work includes light installations, furniture, interior projects and temporary installations, combining a rational approach with an intuitive sense of light and emotion. In addition to design, he is also involved in fashion as a member of the Arrels Barcelona brand, which enriches his creative process. His work, published in magazines such as El Mueble, La Vanguardia and Diseño de Interiores, is known for its purity and functionality. In 2014, he was nominated for the Delta Awards for his collaboration with the Faro Barcelona brand. He draws inspiration from the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Barcelona, making him a distinctive figure in contemporary Spanish design.
