Bellhop is a portable table light with direct light and rechargeable battery that combines modern design with high functionality. The base and dome of lighting are made of coloured polycarbonate, while the diffuser is made of opal white polycarbonate with a photo-etched surface, produced by injection moulding. The luminaire provides up to 24 hours of operation on a single charge and is recharged using the included 120 cm Micro-USB-C cable. Control is provided by a button located on the base, which allows you to choose between four brightness levels thanks to the integrated dimmer. The battery level is indicated by a light located on the underside of the base.

Hotel-inspired design

The Bellhop luminaire was originally designed by designers Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby for a London hotel. Its elegant and clean shape is reminiscent of the classic bellhop, which gave it its name. Its minimalist look with no visible cables and intuitive controls make it the perfect addition to modern interiors, whether at home, in restaurants or hotel lobbies.

Perfect mobility and battery life

One of Bellhop's greatest strengths is its incredible mobility and up to 24 hours of battery life on a single charge. This makes it easy to move from room to room or use when sitting outdoors. Plus, USB-C charging ensures easy compatibility and fast recharging, making it a stylish and practical companion for everyday use.

Designed by Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby

Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby (both born in 1969) set up their design studio in East London in 1996 after studying architecture together at the Royal College of Art. Since then, they have pushed the boundaries of design and contributed to the education of a new generation of designers through their lectures, workshops and studio practice. Their approach is based on experimentation, innovation and exploration of materials and colour. They work across disciplines - from architecture and interiors to sculpture, product and exhibition design. In 2004 they were awarded the Jerwood Award, in 2007 they were appointed Royal Designers for Industry (RDI) and in 2013 they were awarded the Order of the British Empire for services to design. Their work is included in the permanent collections of institutions such as the V&A and Design Museum in London, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Olympic Museum in Switzerland and the Vitra Design Museum in Germany.
