Handmade Bamboo luminaire

The Bamboo lamp is the result of meticulous handwork that gives each piece a unique character. The shade is made from natural bamboo, whose lightness and flexibility allow for elegant shapes inspired by natural motifs such as the shape of a seashell. Bamboo is an eco-friendly material, known for its durability and longevity, which also creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to the handmade craftsmanship, each luminaire is characterised by the original texture and pattern of the wood, making it not only a practical source of light, but also a stylish and harmonious element in any interior.

Traditional craftsmanship for modern design

The production of bamboo lampshade begins with the cultivation of a special kind of bamboo, which is allowed to dry thoroughly after harvesting. The stems are then cut to the desired length and sliced into thin slices. These slices are hand-formed into a circular shape corresponding to the size of the screen. Once the shape is formed, the shade is impregnated with glue to give it strength and stability. After drying, the surface is carefully sanded and finally treated with a waterproof coating. The shade is produced in sizes adapted to E14 or E27 sockets.
